Shawn Dalziel goes rustic new American—with Mediterranean itches— at this tiny 26-seat spot on the Upper West Side right next to Land Thai (they share the same owner). “We’re going for natural presentation, not super-refined, with low price points,” says the former Blue Water Grill chef. On the menu: rotisserie chicken, grilled sardines and a wallet-friendly $8 mac-and-cheese. A late-night crudo menu keeps the night owls and area chefs stuffed until 2 a.m. “On Friday and Saturday night, we’ll be open late, which is hard to find in this neighborhood," says Dalziel. "We really want this to be an industry spot.”
