Now, the Shops at Atlas Parks in Queens offer New York skewer-jockeys a place where food dipping is the order of the day. To get your full 'due, opt for the $45 per person four-course menu: salad, cheese fondue, a main course (sea scallops, beef tenderloin, blackened chicken) and a chocolate fondue nightcap. The dark woods, mood lighting and specialty cocktails (including this location's exclusive Queens-tini with Stoli peach, triple sec, Rose's lime juice and cranberry) are well-suited to couples looking to spice things up with the tactile pleasures of fondue. A manager suggests reserving one of the curtained private cabanas for those looking for a "really intimate dinner with a VIP feel."
