I know City Bakery is the holy grail fpr many people but I have always had a bad experience here. The food always seems to have been sitting out for hours, the selections run low quickly and the prices are insane. Their cookies are good but that's about all I would go for. With so many great nyc spots, I am not sure why this makes the list for so many people.
