Great BBQ

I agree with the previous commenter, every time I come here, I am more and more impressed. The last time was after a movie at BAM and we popped over for beers and pulled pork sandwiches and it was all perfectly done. The fries are not to be missed either.

I've eaten at The Smoke Joint on several ocassions and each time I go there, it's better than the time before. How come I'm the first to comment on this find in Fort Greene? Based on the crowds, there are many satisfied customers out there. The owners, Ben and Craig, are both warm outgoing guys as is their staff. The food is out of this world and the portions are GENEROUS to a fault. I haven't been disappointed yet and I've tried just about everything on the menu.
