The year's most prolific restaurateur, Michael Bao Huynh, brings his 2009 tally to eight restaurants with the opening of Baoguette on Wall Street. Like all the other Baoguettes, this one's serving up terrifically affordable banh mi sandwiches—"Sloppy Bao," catfish, etc.—along with something new: breakfast. In a twist on the the breakfast sandwich, Bao's slinging a scallion-and-egg-omelette version jammed with either Chinese sausage or bacon.
