This chain of vegetarian sandwich shops is now spreading the good word in Soho. That word is "s'nice." It's what you're supposed to say after chowing down on one of their signature sandwiches, all of which are priced at $8.75. Their brie, pear and arugula sandwich with raspberry mustard? S'nice. So are their meat substitutes, like the veggie buffalo chicken and the tempeh that they use to make their patented vegan rueben. They've also got some killer coffee and baked goods to s‘nicen up the surly AM crowds that flock here for a pre-office fix. The young staff is always ready with recommendations if you're not up on your meatless meats, and there's a smattering of wooden tables for laptop-wielding warriors who want to camp out here during the day. Just don't hog the table without buying anything—that sort of thing is not s'nice at all.
