Candle Cafe is dedicated to the organic vegetarian food ideal for vegans and those who may be trying to cleanse their bodies. The owners have gone out of their way to create an elegant dining experience to go along with a menu that serves nothing of animal origin. No milk, no eggs, no cheese, but tofu, lots of tofu, and vegetables. They also have an extensive juice bar, and plenty of drinks made with soy milk and fresh fruits, which go great with a shot of wheat grass. They also serve beer and wine.
