The EMM Group (Lexington Brass, Abe & Arthur's) dropped a line into the drink and reeled in former "Top Chef" contestant Hung Huynh to be the executive chef at their new tri-level restaurant in the Meatpacking District. The restaurant itself takes up the second and third floors of the building, while a lounge with an outdoor space sits on the fourth floor. Huynh is serving a seafood-heavy menu that makes liberal use of Asian flavors. Expect a number of cold seafood dishes like salmon belly crudo with watercress, sweet and sour onions and yuzu, or something hotter like a crispy whole red snapper with chili-garlic sauce and oyster mushrooms (that fish is giant, but don't worry, it's for two). If you're just looking for something light, grab a seat at the oyster bar and down some of the pan roasts and other raw bar goodies. The second floor also has a more casual bar, where you can grab a cocktail or, since this haunt is sure to be a major scene, maybe you can flirt it up and reel in some prey of your own.
