Kitsch is the game at this Gramercy Park restaurant that pretends to be a dive. Embrace the biscuits and gravy, but leave room for the main dishes--once attacked with those crab cakes or smoky ribs, you'll need all the room you can spare. Food is good, atmosphere is fun, and drinks are stiff. What else could you ask for?
