On Tuesday evening on New York's Upper East Side, Food & Wine Magazine toasted the Best New Chefs in America—a meticulous talent search that has long stood as a coming-out party for the country's rising culinary stars. We caught up with 2011 recipient Stephanie Izard (also winner of "Top Chef" Season 4) and some of the past rising stars tasked with catering the gala. —Matt Rodbard
