Culinary trade organization StarChefs held their fourth annual New York Rising Stars Revue awards at the American Museum of Natural History to honor 13 of the city's "rising talents." Josh Eden and Neil Ferguson are really coming into their own, don't ya think?
To honor the culinary muscle and mind in the room, we decided to do what we know best: grill each of the recipients on topics ranging from the crashing economy to the perfect way to braise dog (courtesy of our "Top Chef" hero Hung Huynh).
