Catching up with John Fraser, Amanda Cohen, Jason Weiner and Jimmy Carbone
For the third year running, NYC's most-vocal locavore supporter Just Food threw a chef-studded bash to benefit urban farming, CSAs and farm-to-food pantry programs. Truly, a great cause. So great, in fact, that over 35 chefs hit the Water Taxi Beach at South Street Seaport with their finest seasonal dishes (smoked trout and wild watercress to cucumber vichyssoise). We caught up John Fraser (Dovetail), Amanda Cohen (Dirt Candy), Jason Weiner (Almond) and Jimmy Carbone (Jimmy's No. 43).
