Forget your Italian-noodle fascination: That European nation has nothing on Southeast Asia and the Far East, which have been savoring noodles for centuries. And while you may have sucked down your fair share of lo mein and pad Thai, those squiggly delights are just the tip of the chopsticks when it comes to noodling around.
