One of our favorite glossy magazines, Saveur, is really on top of their game these days. You should check out their latest Market Issue. It's super hot. But more so, they know how to throw a summer barbecue, featuring some of the country’s top meat men—we spotted Mike Anthony (Gramercy Tavern), Zak Pelaccio (Fatty Cue) and Jonathan Waxman (Barbuto) manning large, fiery grills. Next to each other. That’s some meat on top of meat! We caught up with a number of the chefs, including Tom Colicchio, Jimmy Bradley, Tony Mantuano and Wylie Dufresne.
