Known to many as “The Asian Sex-sation”, burlesque beauty Calamity Chang will handle the evening’s entertainment at Macao while Chef Josh Blakely serves up a $100, New Year's Eve four-course prix fixe to help you peace out 2010 with Portuguese-meets-Chinese flavor. Open with an option of two, chosen among octopus carpaccio, arugula salad or caramelized foie gras terrine, followed by another selection of two from among mushroom truffle croquettes, grilled prawns, crispy eggplant or chicken and pork belly dumplings. The main allows diners three picks—risotto, fish, tofu, veal or pork belly—while dessert offers up malasada yeast donuts and a sorbet float. Furthermore, your dinner fee will also include one of the house’s signature “Mediterra” fig/lemon cocktails, as well as champagne when the clock strikes midnight.
