The theme of this semi-dramatic 11,000-square foot Brazilian import is meat, meat and more meat. Over 15 cuts of slow-roasted beef, pork, lamb and chicken are carted around by waiters Rodizio-style, allowing hungry patrons to sample unlimited amounts of what they like for a fixed price until they’re stuffed, at which point they flip their table card from green to red which indicates “full.” Filet mignon, lamb chops, skirt steak and calabresa sausage are just a few of the cuts offered, with one lone fish (salmon) for the discerning pescotarian. A centrally-located and majestic salad bar offers over 40 non-meat related pleasures including sushi, pasta, cheese, fried yuca and seafood salad. Drinks are authentic and expertly mixed, with a near-perfect caipirinha.
