Delmonico's Steakhouse

Delmonico's, one of the city's oldest operating restaurants, knows it's steeped in history. The owners use this information to their advantage, touting the place as a bastion for "Old New York." Well, it works. Dark mahogany decor mingles with crisp white linens; this is where money comes to dine. And why not? With such classics as Oysters Rockefeller, Lobster Newburg and Baked Alaska, not to mention the Delmonico's Steak, the dining is quite fine.
