Andrew Bradbury, the man behind new Time Warner Center wine bar Clo, is on the cutting edge of the conventionally staid wine industry. While other wine bars wallow in the analog age of leather-bound wine lists, Clo allows you to learn about each wine's varietal, region and price literally at your fingertips--the info's all projected onto the matte white tabletop (no more fear of seeing your waiter's disappointment as you opt for the cheap stuff).

The 96 wine offerings are all available in 2-ounce tastings, ranging from $3 to $100, and are served by another piece of Jetsons-age technology: a temperature- and humidity-controlled dispenser that automatically decants your selection. And if you really fall for one of Clo's wines, bottles are available to go as well. Cheese, charcuterie and Jacques Torres chocolate plates are available, too, although they're served conventionally—not spit out by some robotic Appetizer-machine2000.
