When the Meatpacking District was still filled with meat, the neighborhood's mainstay, Florent was already seating customers for fine-French dining. Fifteen years later, the bistro is still open 24-hours-a-day, serving breakfast, lunch, brunch, high tea, dinner and supper (apparently there is a difference between the two). Forget Paris and have an unforgettable meal with the "mayor" of the MPD.
