Beneath a grungy Forsyth Street apartment building and very easy to miss if you're not looking, Grotto is dishing out rustic Italian food and trendy cocktails in a most unexpected locale. Pass by the bar and through the tiny dining room and you'll find the eatery's namesake — a charming backyard that rates as one of the most romantic spots downtown. While the eats here are top notch, they can take quite a while, so don't drop in unless you're planning on making a night of it which, given the great wine list and smart cocktails, isn't a bad idea.
