Asian tapas are on deck at cozy Kuma Inn, where no food item will cost you more than 10 bucks. The menu melds Thai and Filipino flavors with a bit of French technique, courtesy of chef Phojanakong’s time spent working with David Bouley and Daniel Boulud. An extensive sake menu of 19 or so rice wines round out the offerings, although we'd be remiss not to mention it's also BYOB (with a small corkage fee).
