The Catalan region in Barcelona where the mercat, or market, showcases the regions' flavors was the inspiration for this tapas lounge and restaurant. Regional specialties like fiduela and seafood stew are cooked in the open kitchen, where staff can be seen sipping from a parron (glass decanter) of white wine and the chef’s counter features imported hams and cheeses. An all-Spanish wine list, including some seasonal sangria, is housed in the restaurant’s own custom wine loft.
