It seems like you're never more than a stone's throw away from a new noodle shop on the LES these days. Less than a block from Noodle Bar (recently opened in the old ZoZo's space) and Kampuchea, Slurp recently threw its hat into the moderately priced, Asian-inspired noodle-shop wars. Chicken, beef and seafood turn up in the Vietnamese-style pho, curry and vermicelli dishes, while grilled meat, fish and veggie entrees and Asian-inflected sandwiches, salads and small plates round out the offerings. The all-glass facade, open during temperate weather, offers a nice chance to watch the eclectic neighborhood denizens stroll by, on their way to the hood's high-end boutiques or perhaps a competing noodle bar nearby
