Terrible customer service, very rude cashier

a lot of people like ikea furniture, including myself. but if you live in brooklyn/ queens/ nyc and need to go to an Ikea, i strongly suggest you to go to NJ or LI or else be prepared to be insulted.
i was there yesterday, the cashier (her name is Michelle, i believe it was cashier counter #8 or 10, wearing a pair of glasses with tinted lens) was extremely rude. Asked me to take stuff out of my bags like ordering a big mac from the drive-thru lane. when i laid the items right next to her she kept staring at the goods and refused to count all 7 of them while repeatingly asked me "how many?" and "hand them over to me". when i told her i was not going to do her job she gave me the F word and the SxxT word, said "i aint doing this ____ no more and get ur ____ out of here". then i asked for a store manager and her name she told me without even looking at my direction that i dont need to know her name and if i want to know, i can ask someone else.
so good luck to those who's heading to ikea. i already know there are many complains regarding their customer services but seems like they do not care to do anything about it.
