Fashion Week: Day three
Eva Longoria at the Diane von Furstenberg show

Eva Longoria pushed the spring collections out of the spotlight today as she launched M&M’s new Premium collection. We were on site to get an extreme sugar rush from the five flavors (mint chocolate, raspberry almond, triple chocolate, chocolate almond and mocha—oh my!) and chat with Mrs. Longoria-Parker about the new season of "Desperate Housewives,” fat suits and the strangest question she’s ever been asked.

I have to ask this: What’s your favorite M&M flavor?
Mocha. That’s why I wore this dress. It is reflective of my favorite flavor. Pamela Roland donated it, so we could auction it off for Clothes Off Our Back.

You must have gotten a lot of samples.
They have sent me so many. The great thing about the packaging is that it’s re-sealable.

You’ve attended Fashion Week before. Any designers you’re looking forward to seeing?
I am leaving today, so I am not going to be able to see much, but I am going to see Diane von Furstenberg.

Tell me about the new season of “Desperate Housewives.”
Season five starts five years into the future. Gabriel has two kids, has gained weight, has cut her hair and is overwhelmed by motherhood. As the audience, you’re wondering how this happened to glamorous Gabriel.

Is she sitting on the couch eating M&Ms?

Something like that. She’s definitely gained weight. I get to wear a fat suit.

How does a fat suit feel?
Really light, but it is tight, uncomfortable and really hot. And I walk different.

You’ve been interviewed a lot. What’s the craziest question anyone’s ever asked you?
If you could go to the moon, what business would you open up?
