Reason: This East Village consignment store stocks most designer brands (think everything from Chloe to Marc Jacobs) along with many Japanese brands you've never heard off. And while nothing is neatly hung or well-curated, rummaging through this basement discount paradise often yields lots of sartorially surprises.
