Snap Judgment: Halloween costume shopping

We're not in Bavaria anymore

Scary, sexy, funny, or political? No, we're not talking about selecting a presidential candidate. There's another pressing matter at hand this season: Halloween costumes! And hordes of New Yorkers are showing up at retail to sort out their feelings on the matter. We hit a clump of Manhattan costume stores to canvass the crowds about what they're wearing on October 31 (shops included Halloween Adventure, Halloween Superstore, Screaming Mimi's and Ricky's).
