Transfering from its downtown engagement, "What's That Smell?" is the surprise hit of the autumn: a deliciously-titled insider parody of the folks with big dreams and small talents who live for musical theater. The three-person show takes the form of writer-actor David Pittu's interview with the fictional David Sterling, who's played by the charming Peter Bartlett ("The Drowsy Chaperone"). Directed by Neil Pepe.
