Clown Theater Festival: Opening Parade and Pie Fight

What good festival doesn't kick off with a righteous opening-day parade? Anyone and everyone was invited to join the city's finest clowns, jugglers, stilt walkers, and other eccentrics as they gathered at Union Square Park, rode the L to Bedford Avenue, then marched to The Brick Theater for a massive public pie fight. Yes, red noses and pies were handed out.
