For 22 years The Pearl Theatre has offered theatregoers a rare experience: a classical repertory performed by a resident acting company. While most of modern Broadway seems to take its cues from 80s movies and the back catalogs of greybeard rockers, the resident artists at the Pearl are more than content to draw inspiration from Shaw, Moliere and contemporary dramatists of the old school.
