The Raiderettes’ mission statement reads: “The job of a Oakland Raiders Cheerleader is to be a lady at all times, to be gracious and kind to those she comes into contact with and to support and uphold the impeccable image of the Oakland Raiders organization.” That's our personal motto, too!
