Old: Commander Adama (played by Lorne Greene)

New: Admiral William Adama (played by Edward James Olmos)

Better: Old. While the new Adama technically outranks the old, we can’t imagine living on a ranch with the former, or his dulcet tones making us wish we had a dog just so we could buy some dog food.
